Perch Cottage
Perch Cottage is a new cottage and therefore has been constructed to the latest environmental standards. However the cottage has been designed to offer the visitor a traditional Irish cottage experience but with all the modern comforts one would expect from a five star cottage.
Number of Persons: Four.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, both with double beds and one with a flat screen TV. One bedroom has ensuite facilities and the other has a bathroom with a roll top bath.
Living Room: A large living room with a 3-2-1 leather suite and rocking chair. A traditional cottage experience has been achieved with the use of exposed ceiling beams and a wood burning stove. The visitor can relax and enjoy the flat screen TV and DVD.
Kitchen: Traditional kitchen with exposed ceiling beams, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave.
Utility Room: Fully zoned central heating system, washing machine and tumble dryer.
